No stress. All leases at Charme are individual liability leases, which is standard in student housing. That means you’re only responsible for your own lease — not the full unit.
If someone in your apartment moves out, your rent, lease terms, and pricing stay exactly the same. You’re never held responsible for another resident’s portion of the lease, and this situation never negatively impacts you.
